Job Description

• Install, replace and configure computer hardware, operating systems and applications
• Troubleshoot hardware and software conflicts and repair or adjust when necessary
• Install and troubleshoot Windows based systems
• Work with Microsoft, GSuite and other cloud technologies
• Assist with the administration of Windows operating system, Azure Portal
• Perform routine audits of systems and software, and resolve any problems identified
• Administer the company’s ticketing system and respond to staff requests in the agreed SLA, and log all IT support helpdesk calls in the ticket system
• IT procurement and vendor collaborations
• Provide guidance, support and training to staff
• Liaise with external associates to solve any problem

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or any other relevant field
• Experience in a similar position will be a major plus
• Excellent oral and written skills in English and Malay
• Ability to multitask and maintain a high-level of organization
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently
