What you will be doing:

• Create engaging social media content, postings and marketing campaigns
• Prepare detailed social media reporting and analysis
• Conduct online research and phone surveys for insights
• Assist in event planning and coordination to ensure smooth execution
• Liase with suppliers for marketing material
• Participate in the preparation of any upcoming events
• Contribute outstanding ideas for new merchandise, designs, creative entertainment ideas
• Book venues for events
• Participate in any events or exhibition

Job Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or any related field
• Marketing-handling experience in financial services sector is a big plus
• Strong command of Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia (spoken & written). We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Superb communication, organization, and multitasking skills
• Able to work under pressure and deliver on deadlines
• A self-starter, team player, and someone with creative flair
• Interest or experience in design and creative project work
