What You Will Do

Strategic Social Media Management

1. Analyze current online presence and develop a cohesive, results-driven social media strategy.
2. Create, manage, and publish engaging, high-quality content across multiple platforms.

Partnerships & Collaborations

1. Secure strategic partnerships and coordinate with KOLs and third-party platforms.
2. Propose innovative collaboration ideas to boost brand awareness and drive conversions.
3. Participate in partner meetings and collaborative initiatives to strengthen relationships.

Client Engagement & Market Insights

1. Conduct survey calls with clients to uncover valuable insights and understand their needs.
2. Strategically manage product assortments to meet client preferences and market demands.

Event Planning & Execution

1. Plan and execute company events to deliver a seamless and memorable experience.
2. Plan merchandise to match client needs and market demands, ensuring a relevant and appealing product selection.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Mass Communications, Marketing, English, Event Management or a related field is preferred.
2. At least 3 - 4 years of proven experience as a marketing executive.
3. Exceptional stakeholder management skills
4. Excellent analytical skills 
5. Marketing handling experience in financial sector is a plus
6. Excellent oral and written skills in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
7. Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
8. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and able to handle multiple projects concurrently.
9. Ability to take initiatives and make quick decisions under pressure
10. Creative and possess problem-solving skills
11. Effective communication skills
