  Social Clubhouse Assistant 

 A Social Clubhouse Assistant is primarily responsible for ensuring that a club’s facilities run smoothly while actively fostering a vibrant, engaged community among its members. This role bridges customer service, event execution, facility upkeep, and brand promotion. 

Job Requirements

 1. Member Relations & Community Building 

 Welcoming memebers or walk ins, resolve member issues, answer questions about club activities, and manage complaints professionally to maintain good rapport. 

 2. Event Support & Social Recreation 

  Help brainstorm, plan, and run social events (e.g., parties, wellness workshops, community mixers). Coordinate the physical setup and teardown of event spaces, ensuring equipment and decor are perfectly in place. Engage directly with attendees during events to ensure everything runs seamlessly and members are interacting. 

3.Facility Operations & Maintenance 

 Daily Inspections, walk through the clubhouse (including lounges, cafes, pools, or courts) to ensure spaces are pristine, safe, and ready for use. Report facility damages to the maintenance team and oversee on-site contractors or cleaning crews. Monitor and restock supplies for the front desk, lounge, or snack bars. 

4. Administration & Front Desk 

 Maintain accurate attendance lists, member records, and basic daily operation reports.   

Staff Communication, act as a bridge communicating daily operational matters between the shift crews and the general clubhouse management.
