<li>Client Training &amp; Programming</li>

<li>Conduct 1-on-1 and small group training sessions &nbsp;</li>
<li>Create personalized fitness programs based on clients’ goals (fat loss, muscle gain, mobility, etc.) &nbsp;</li>
<li>Monitor progress and adjust training plans as needed &nbsp;</li>
<li>Provide proper instruction on form, technique, and safety &nbsp;</li>
</ul>
2. Health &amp; Fitness Assessments
<ul>
<li>Perform body composition tests (e.g., INBODY) &nbsp;</li>
<li>Track and document progress regularly &nbsp;</li>
<li>Offer fitness consultations for new or potential clients &nbsp;</li>
</ul>
3. Motivation &amp; Client Support
<ul>
<li>Keep clients accountable and motivated throughout their fitness journey &nbsp;</li>
<li>Offer basic guidance on recovery, nutrition, and wellness (within scope of practice) &nbsp;</li>
<li>Build strong client-trainer relationships and positive gym culture &nbsp;</li>

4. Member Engagement &amp; Gym Support
