We are looking for a strategic, confident, and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team. You will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic relationships, and driving commercial growth across our digital platform and tech-based services. This role requires strong communication skills, excellent business acumen, and the ability to meet clients in person.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ·Identify and pursue new B2B business opportunities, especially in digital platform and tech-driven service industries
  • ·Build and maintain long-term relationships with potential and existing clients
  • ·Develop and deliver persuasive proposals and presentations
  • ·Lead commercial negotiations and close high-value deals
  • ·Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and retention
  • ·Represent the company at client meetings, events, and networking opportunities
  • ·Stay updated on market trends and competitor activity to guide business strategy
  • ·Track sales performance, forecast revenue, and meet set KPIs

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • ·Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • ·Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B business development, client acquisition, or solution sales
  • ·Background in tech, digital platforms, or software solutions is preferred
  • ·Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • ·Proven ability to manage high-value accounts and complex deals
  • ·Strong commercial mindset and understanding of sales cycles
  • ·Able and willing to travel for client meetings or business development
  • ·Fluent in English and Mandarin (spoken and written)
  • ·Self-motivated, independent, and results-oriented
