About the role
Elite Asia Consulting & Tech Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced IT Desk Customer Service professional to join our team based in Kuala Lumpur. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality IT support and customer service to our clients, with a focus on Mandarin-speaking customers.
What you'll be doing
- Providing first-line IT support and troubleshooting to customers via phone, email and chat
- Diagnosing and resolving a wide range of software and hardware issues
- Documenting and tracking all customer interactions and support tickets
- Escalating complex issues to the appropriate technical teams for further investigation
- Educating customers on the use of IT systems and applications
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of our IT support processes and procedures
Job Requirements
What we're looking for
- Proven experience in an IT helpdesk or customer service role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Mandarin and English
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in using various IT tools and software applications
- Ability to work effectively in a team and provide exceptional customer service
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and demands
- Study in IT related field.
