Job Description

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary liaison to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers/accounts to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
     
  • Plan, execute, and monitor sales strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability.
     
  • Analyse customer data and sales trends to identify new business opportunities and areas for improvement.
     
  • Manage existing accounts and generate new sales while ensuring timely collection of accounts receivable.
     
  • Establish and sustain long-term partnerships with vendors and suppliers.
     
  • Develop and implement customer service initiatives, events, and loyalty programs to enhance customer engagement.
     
  • Gather and monitor customer feedback, addressing issues and concerns promptly.
     
  • Lead and manage the sales/account team to achieve set targets within the assigned timeline.
     
  • Oversee monthly budgets, negotiate contracts, and ensure competitive pricing for key accounts.
     
  • Promote and sell company products, services, and solutions to both existing and potential clients.
     
  • Identify potential risks and escalate critical issues to management to safeguard the interests of the client, company, and team.

Job Requirements

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.
     
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, key account management, or team leadership.
     
  • Proven ability to manage key accounts with strong stakeholder management skills.
     
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
     
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments and adapt to changing priorities.
     
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
     
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin.
     
  • Age requirement: 25 – 40 years old.
     
  • Nationality: Open to candidates from any country, but limited to Chinese candidates only.
     
  • Willingness to relocate to Singapore if required.
