<li>Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including, but not limited to: accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxes</li>
<li>Perform monthly bank reconciliations, review and finalise accounts to ensure accuracy</li>
<li>Monthly, quarterly and annually financial reporting</li>
<li>Preparing/ Reviewing and analyze full-set of accounts/unaudited financialstatements to ensure accuracy and completeness in accordance with SFRS/IFRS</li>
<li>Process/review payroll/ staff reimbursements</li>
<li>Review quarterly government sales tax (SST/GST) filing preparation and filing</li>
<li>Provide financial advice and information on local tax-related regulations andincentives</li>
<li>Ensure transactions are recorded under the correct tax categories in the system</li>
<li>Prepare annual tax computation and filings including ECI</li>
<li>Attending to accounting queries and requests in a timely and professional manner</li>
<li>Assess current practices and procedures, and make recommendations forimprovements</li>
<li>Streamlining accounting and financial reporting process to promote high efficiencyand accuracy in book-keeping activities</li>
<li>Maintains accounting controls by establishing a chart of accounts and defining accounting policies and procedures</li>
<li>Develop staff by managing performance, setting goals, providing ongoing training,and maintaining strong employee relationships</li>
<li>Basic corporate secretarial duties including lodgements to ACRA and preparation of resolutions</li>
<li>Perform ad hoc duties as requested</li>
