About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated IT Intern to support our education technology systems and digital platforms. This internship offers hands-on experience in managing Learning Management Systems (LMS), maintaining IT equipment, and assisting with product and platform testing in an academic environment. You will work closely with both the academic and IT teams to ensure smooth technological operations for teachers and students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Learning Management System (LMS) Support: 
• Assist in updating, organizing, and maintaining course materials and user accounts.
• Troubleshoot LMS issues for students and lecturers.
• Support integration and testing of new LMS features.
• IT & Technical Support:
• Assist with setup, configuration, and testing of classroom equipment (computers, projectors, smartboards, etc.).
• Provide basic troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
• Maintain IT inventory and support system documentation.
• Portal & Platform Management:
• Support maintenance and updates for student and teacher portals.
• Participate in testing and rollout of new features or upgrades.
• Collaborate with the IT and Academic teams to improve platform usability.
• Product Setup & Quality Testing:
• Conduct testing of educational products, digital tools, and multimedia content.
• Report and document bugs or performance issues.
• Contribute ideas for improvement based on user experience feedback.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of web platforms, networking, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (e.g., Moodle, Google Classroom) is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced educational environment.
