Job Description
- Manage the company's complete accounting records, which encompass General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Fixed Assets.
- Produce precise monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements along with management reports.
- Oversee corporate tax responsibilities such as SST submissions and adherence to local tax regulations.
- Supervise cash flow, devise forecasts, and offer suggestions for efficient financial planning.
- Aid in budgeting and financial planning tasks.
- Coordinate with external auditors and guarantee on-time audit completion.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and keep abreast of evolving accounting standards.
- Propose and execute enhancements to financial processes and systems.
Job Requirements
Qualifications: Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certifications (e.g., ACCA, CPA, or equivalent) are an advantage.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in full-set accounting, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
Technical Skills: Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel.
Knowledge: Familiarity with Malaysian tax regulations, SST, and financial reporting standards.
Attention to Detail: Strong analytical and organizational skills with a high level of accuracy.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin.
