Job Description

Content Creation & Strategy

• Plan, conceptualize, and execute creative content ideas for multiple platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, website, etc.).
• Research and analyze market trends, audience preferences, and competitor strategies to create relevant content.
• Develop creative storyboards, scripts, and campaign concepts that align with brand objectives.
• Produce engaging short-form and long-form content, including product highlights, tutorials, lifestyle content, and promotional campaigns.
• Experiment with different content formats (reels, challenges, duets, behind-the-scenes, live sessions) to maximize reach and engagement.
  Collaborate with influencers, brand ambassadors, and internal teams to co-create impactful content.

Video Editing & Design

• Edit raw video footage into polished, engaging content using editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
• Add music, sound effects, captions, and motion graphics to enhance storytelling.
• Create visually appealing graphics, posters, and digital assets to support campaigns.
• Optimize videos and visuals for each platform, ensuring the right aspect ratios, formats, and styles are used.
• Maintain a content library of raw footage, edited videos, and design assets for future use.

Social Media Execution

• Schedule and publish content consistently across all digital channels.
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and community interactions to build engagement.
• Stay updated on social media trends, viral challenges, and new platform features, integrating them into the content strategy.
• Support live-streaming events, ensuring creative quality and smooth execution.

Campaign & Collaboration

• Work closely with marketing, sales, and branding teams to ensure content aligns with campaign goals.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing fresh and innovative creative ideas.
• Assist in planning influencer collaborations and cross-promotional campaigns.
• Provide creative input for product launches, events, and promotional activities.

Job Requirements

What we seek

• Diploma/Degree in Creative Arts, Multimedia, Marketing, Business Admin, Sales related field.
• Proven experience in content creation, video editing and live hosting (portfolio required).
• Proficiency in creative and editing tools (Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Canva, etc.).
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their content formats.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
• Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and aesthetics.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in photography, motion graphics, or animation.
• Basic knowledge of SEO, social media analytics, and digital marketing.
• Comfort with being on-camera (optional but a plus).
