Role purpose

You will build and scale our content library by creating reusable editing templates, producing campaign-ready videos, and lifting the visual consistency across channels. This role is about creating repeatable workflows and strong product storytelling that grows our brand presence online.

Job Requirements

Responsibilities

Content Production

• Edit short-form video for social channels and product pages using industry tools, keeping clips tight and on brand.
• Create concise product videos and overlays that explain features and usage in under 60 seconds.
• Perform basic colour grading and sound cleanup to ensure a professional final asset.
• Prepare export files in multiple formats for web, mobile, and paid placements.

Workflow & Asset Management

• Set up and maintain editing templates, presets, and naming conventions to speed up future edits.
• Organise raw footage, stills, and final exports in a shared asset library for easy access.
• Track version history and deliverables so campaigns meet scheduled publish dates.
• Manage simple post schedules and handoffs to social and e-commerce teams.

Collaboration & Production Support

• Work with photographers and videographers during shoots to capture edit-friendly angles and clips.
• Coordinate with marketing to align edits with campaign briefs and visual direction.
• Provide constructive feedback on raw assets and suggest small reshoots when needed.
• Help test creative ideas and short concepts in low-risk, learn-fast experiments.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Fresh graduate or entry-level, approximately 0 years of professional editing experience is acceptable.
• Portfolio or showreel with video samples that demonstrate basic editing, pacing, and product storytelling.
• Diploma or degree in film, media, communication, design, or relevant practical experience is preferred but not required.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Proficient with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Familiar with basic motion graphics, photo editing tools like Photoshop or Lightroom, and simple colour correction techniques.
• Experience with camera operation or assisting on shoots, basic lighting, and photo shooting fundamentals is a plus.
• Comfortable exporting for social specs, understanding bitrate, frame rate, and aspect ratios for multi-platform delivery.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Organised and detail oriented, able to keep multiple edits moving and meet deadlines consistently.
• Clear communicator who accepts feedback and can explain creative choices to non-technical team members.
• Curious and coachable, open to learning new tools and techniques on the job.
