This includes training coordination, compliance, and communication between apprentices, employers, and training providers. The role also involves administrative tasks such as documentation, attendance tracking, and processing payments.&nbsp;
Training Coordination:

<li>Develop balanced training programs, establish schedules, track progress, and support training providers.</li>
</ul>
Compliance Management
<ul>
<li>&nbsp;Ensure compliance with apprenticeship standards and regulations, maintain documentation, and conduct audits.</li>
</ul>
Communication &amp; Support
<ul>
<li>Act as a liaison between all stakeholders, providing support and addressing concerns.</li>
</ul>
Administrative Tasks
<ul>
<li>Manage registration, process allowances, maintain attendance and performance records, and handle paperwork.</li>
</ul>
General Program Management
<ul>
<li>Monitor program performance, report progress, and participate in meetings.</li>
</ul>
