Job Description


  1. Develop and execute comprehensive advertising and marketing strategies to promote Emax Beaute International and its brands (Beauté Library, Curvena, Venusde, B+ Clinic) 
  2. Manage end-to-end advertising campaigns & affiliate marketing across multiple channels, including but not limited to social media, SEO, SEM, GDN, DOOH, OOH. 
  3. Collaborate with the marketing team to define campaign objectives, target audience, messaging, and creative concepts.
  4. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, consumer insights, and opportunities for campaign optimization.
  5. Develop and manage advertising budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources and maximizing return on investment (ROI).
  6. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports on key metrics, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in advertising and marketing, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
  8. Foster and maintain relationships with external partners, such as advertising agencies, media vendors, influencers/KOL, key opinion customer (KOC), content creators and industry associations, to enhance campaign reach and effectiveness.
  9. Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging and impactful ad creatives that resonate with the target audience and align with brand guidelines.
  10. Utilize analytics tools and platforms to track and measure the success of marketing initiatives, making data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.
  11. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including brand, social media, RnD, and PR, to ensure consistent brand messaging and alignment of marketing efforts.

Job Requirements


  1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising,digital marketing, business, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in advertising, marketing, or related roles, preferably within the beauty or consumer goods industry.
  3. Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms, including but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, YouTube Ads, and programmatic advertising.
  4. Proficient in data analysis and using analytics tools to derive actionable insights and optimize campaign performance.
  5. Excellent understanding of SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and display advertising best practices.
  6. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and persuasive marketing content.
  7. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  8. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  9. Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  10. Proactive and self-motivated, passionate about staying updated with industry trends, tools, and technologies.
