Job Description

Job Summary:

As a Customer Sales Executive Intern, you will assist the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) team in supporting daily sales operations. You will gain practical experience in customer engagement, lead generation, sales techniques, and market research while working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This internship will provide you with valuable insights into sales processes and the opportunity to develop key skills needed for a career in sales.

Sales Support:

  • Assist the CRM team in managing and updating customer databases.
  • Help in responding to customer inquiries via email, phone calls, and online platforms.
  • Participate in lead generation efforts through research and outreach (cold calls, emails, etc.).
  • Help identify potential customers in target markets.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Assist in maintaining and improving relationships with existing clients by addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues.
  • Provide product information, promotions, and updates to customers in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support customer follow-ups after sales pitches and proposals to ensure a positive client experience.

Sales Process Involvement:

  • Participate in sales presentations and client meetings (where appropriate).
  • Update basic sales reports and presentations to assist senior sales staff.
  • Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics, providing recommendations for improvement.

Market Research:

  • Conduct research on competitors, market trends, and customer preferences.
  • Assist in gathering and analysing data to inform sales strategies and tactics.

Administrative Tasks:

  • Assist with general administrative duties related to sales, such as maintaining sales records. 
  • Help with the preparation of sales documents and presentations.

Job Requirements

  •  No work experience is required.
  • Assist to do outbound calls regarding products and treatments.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for preparing sales reports and presentations.
  • Willingness to commit to the 3-6 month internship duration.
  • Ability to communicate product information and promotions clearly and professionally.
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Customer Relationship Management, or a related field.
  • Working Hour: 10am to 7pm (Weekday)
  • Required Language(s): English (Primary), Mandarin or Malay
