Job Description
Administrative & CRM Support
- Assist in logging customer cases accurately in CRM systems.
- Maintain updated complaint tracking sheets and documentation.
- Prepare daily and weekly case summary reports.
- Organize tribunal or legal documentation files (administrative support daily).
Customer Follow-up
- Conduct follow-up calls or messages for non-sensitive cases.
- Assist in appointment confirmation and post-service feedback collection.
- Draft response templates for internal review.
Online Review Monitoring
- Monitor Google Reviews and social media feedback.
- Flag negative or sensitive comments to Senior/Manager for action.
- Assist in compiling online reputation reports.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Communication, or related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, organised, and proactive.
- Eager to learn and take ownership of tasks.
- Basic proficiency in Google Workspace.
