Job Description

The Marketing Rookie (3-6 months internship) will be responsible to support the Activation and Partnership Marketing projects. They will have the opportunity to embark on a 360° learning journey and become a part of the Marketing team.

Responsibilities:

1. Activation and Events

• Planning and execution to set up campaigns and promotion activities.
• Involving in ground marketing campaign
• Working cross-functionally and across markets to bring campaigns to life
• Liaise with suppliers and organize products
• Manage collateral productions
• Support on event day: admin and logistics
• Event support, including real-time content capture and other duties
• Responding to customers’ queries, complaints and providing appropriate solutions within the Company’s capability.

1. Partnerships

• Liaise with partners like coperates, banks and many brands
• Plan and prepare proposal slide for pitching

Job Requirements

• Has a strong interest in Marketing & Beauty / Wellness
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field preferred
• A keen learner who is creative & detail-oriented, resourceful & driven
• Understands the need for ownership and possesses a sense of urgency
• Able to work with a team/independently where needed
• Willing to listen, include, and respect the beliefs of teammates
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Actively attending roadshow events.
