Job Requirements

  What You'll Be Doing

• Prospect and find new SME customers.
• Arrange appointments and meet business owners.
• Present and demonstrate our software solutions.
• Prepare quotations and follow up until the deal is closed.
• Build long-term customer relationships.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.

We're Looking For Someone Who

• Owns a car and has a valid driving licence.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or degree in Business, IT, accounting, HR or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Sales experience is an advantage but not required—we'll provide product and sales training.
  

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Basic understanding of software solutions and consulting sales processes.
• Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Office, and ability to run product demos or learn demo flows quickly.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Clear communication, active listening, and confidence in face-to-face or online presentations.
• Coachability, resilience, and a team-first attitude to work closely with consultants and product teams.
