Join Empayar Nara Amira as an Online Sales Executive based at our home office in Semenyih. This is an on-site position and not a work-from-home role.

Responsibilities:

•  Respond to enquiries and online leads through WhatsApp, social media and other digital channels.
•  Explain and recommend suitable redONE Mobile plans professionally.
•  Follow up prospects consistently and convert enquiries into sales.
•  Achieve individual and team sales targets.
•  Maintain accurate lead, follow-up and sales records.
•  Support online campaigns, content activities and team promotions.

Job Requirements

•  Minimum SPM or equivalent.
•  Fresh graduates and candidates without sales experience are encouraged to apply; training is provided.
•  Good communication and writing skills in Bahasa Malaysia; basic English is an advantage.
•  Comfortable handling WhatsApp, social media enquiries and sales follow-ups.
•  Confident, disciplined, target-driven and willing to learn.
•  Must attend work on-site at the company home office in Semenyih according to the assigned schedule.
•  This is not a remote or work-from-home position.
•  Malaysian citizens or candidates with an existing right to work in Malaysia are preferred.
