Job Description

  • Engage with customers in all aspects of the business license application process and maintain communication. 
  • Evaluate the needs and demands of customers and establish lasting relationships based on trust. 
  • Gather necessary documents and materials from customers. Address customer inquiries and provide informed solutions. 
  • Organize and arrange documents and information following our guidelines.

Job Requirements

  • Must be responsible for handling the Chinese speaking market and must be proficient in the Chinese language. Proficiency in English and Malay is also required.
  • Must have a degree or diploma qualification.
  • Minimum of years of working experience. Fresh graduates with a positive attitude and a strong desire to learn are encouraged to apply.
  • Must have own transport preferably a car.
  • Must have a good work attitude and be willing to learn.
  • Possess customer support experience or have worked as a Client Service Representative.
  • Must be able to handle phone calls and WhatsApp messages effectively and have good listening skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills are required.
  • Ability to multitask prioritize and have good time management skills.
  • Must be proficient in using software such as MS Office and Google Sheets.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills with attention to detail.
  • Comfortable with handling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
