Job Description (AP):

<li>Perform monthly supplier statement of account reconciliation to ensure accuracy.</li>
<li>Monitor outlet petty cash.</li>
<li>Fill all documents in proper manner.</li>
<li>Maintain the records of accounts payable within the timeline and responsible to ensure the accuracy.</li>
<li>Arrange monthly supplier payment.</li>
<li>Assist in monthly account closing.</li>
<li>Filing all documents in proper manner.</li>
<li>Work on ad-hoc tasks assigned by immediate superior from time to time.</li>
</ul>
