Job Description

  1. Employee Relations & Engagement: 
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee relations issues across assigned outlets/regions. 
  • Provide guidance to managers on handling grievances, conflict resolution, and workplace investigations. 
  • Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture aligned with company values. 

2. Disciplinary & Compliance Oversight: 

  • Lead and support disciplinary actions, ensuring adherence to local labor laws and internal policies. 
  • Maintain documentation and ensure fair and consistent handling of employee issues. 
  • Monitor HR compliance and support audits or inspections as required. 

3. Performance Management : 

  • Guideline managers through probation reviews, performance appraisals, and performance improvement plans (PIPs). 
  • Identify underperformance issues early and assist in crafting development or corrective strategies. 
  • Help foster a feedback-driven culture. 

4. Training & Development : 

  • Conduct training needs analysis for operational staff and supervisors. 
  • Coordinate and deliver training sessions (e.g., onboarding, soft skills, compliance training). 
  • Partner with Learning & Development or external trainers to implement training programs across locations.
  • Business Partnership Partner with outlet/store managers to understand operational challenges and align people strategies accordingly. 
  • Provide coaching to supervisors and team leaders on leadership, communication, and team management. 
  • Support change management initiatives during openings, restructures, or process changes. 

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent. 
  • At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in HR business partner or strategic HR role 
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations and best practices in employee relations Excellent interpersonal, communication, and management skills. 
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to handle complex HR challenges. 
  • Ability to analyze data and use insights to influence business decisions. 
  • Profeciency in HR software and Microspft Office Reliable and able to work independently with minimum supervision in fast-paced environment Strategic thinking and decision-making 
  • Strong organizational and time management skills Proficient in both spoken and written English and BM. 
  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
