Job Description
- Involved in the recruitment process
- Writing and posting job advertisements on various platforms
- Calling and screening candidates
- Handling administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, emails, and data entry
- Preparing and maintaining weekly & monthly sales reports
- Closing weekly sales reports with zero mistakes
- Meeting monthly recruitment targets set by management
- Performing ad-hoc tasks as required by director
Job Requirements
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
- High sense of urgency and able to multi-task
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Organized, neat, clean & tidy
- Immediate starter is an added advantage
