Job Description

  • Involved in the recruitment process
  • Writing and posting job advertisements on various platforms
  • Calling and screening candidates
  • Handling administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, emails, and data entry
  • Preparing and maintaining weekly & monthly sales reports
  • Closing weekly sales reports with zero mistakes
  • Meeting monthly recruitment targets set by management
  • Performing ad-hoc tasks as required by director

Job Requirements

  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
  • High sense of urgency and able to multi-task
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Organized, neat, clean & tidy
  • Immediate starter is an added advantage
