• We are looking for a motivated and experienced Marketing Team Lead to oversee and guide our on-ground marketing team. In this role, you will manage daily operations, support campaign execution, and ensure high-quality customer engagement at events and roadshows. The ideal candidate is confident, people-oriented, and capable of leading a team in a fast-paced environment. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate face-to-face marketing activities, including events, roadshows, and brand activation campaigns.
• Provide direction, guidance, and support to team members to ensure consistent performance and customer engagement quality.
• Communicate product information clearly and professionally to customers while representing the brand’s image and values.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and uphold excellent service standards throughout all engagements.
