Job Description

Plan and execute daily machine production schedules.

Forecast weekly production plans based on customer demand and production capacity.

Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders.

Allocate manpower and ensure sufficient staffing for daily production and ad hoc tasks.

Oversee cleanliness and orderliness of the production floor, factory, and storage areas.

Ensure workplace safety standards are met and maintained.

Manage workers’ attendance and leave records, reporting to HR as required.

Drive efficiency improvements in production processes and resource utilization.

Job Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Management, or related field.

Minimum 3 years of working experience in production planning or manufacturing operations.

Strong knowledge of production scheduling, forecasting, and manpower allocation.

Good leadership skills to manage and allocate manpower effectively.

Ability to handle ad hoc tasks and adapt to changing production needs.

Strong communication skills.
