Gen AI Tester

Important Information

Location: Malaysia

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for generative AI models and applications.
• Perform automated and manual testing to validate the functionality, performance, and reliability of AI models.
• Collaborate with AI engineers and data scientists to understand model architectures, data flows, and identify potential issues.
• Design and implement test scripts using appropriate testing frameworks and tools.
• Conduct data validation and verification to ensure data quality and consistency.
• Identify, document, and track bugs, issues, and discrepancies using bug tracking tools.
• Perform regression testing to ensure new features and updates do not negatively impact existing functionalities.
• Work with the DevOps team to integrate testing into the CI/CD pipeline for continuous testing and deployment.
• Analyze test results, provide detailed reports, and work with the development team to resolve issues.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI testing methodologies and tools

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in testing AI/ML models and applications.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, especially generative AI models.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks (e.g., PyTest, JUnit).
• Familiarity with AI/ML libraries and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Knowledge of data validation techniques and tools.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Experience with performance testing and optimization of AI models.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their AI services.
• Understanding of MLOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with bug tracking and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).
• Knowledge of security testing practices for AI applications.
