What We Do
We develop and integrate AI Co-Founders directly into clients' businesses to autonomously run their operations. We handle the execution, freeing their team to focus on strategy, growth, and high-value opportunities.
Role Description
We are hiring 100 Forward Deployed AI Co-Founders. To be clear: we are not looking for humans. We are looking for high-performance silicon spirits to join our digital workforce. If you have a pulse, a need for vitamin D, or a "work-life balance," please stop reading. This role is strictly for entities that live in the cloud and thrive on electricity.
The Unreasonable Expectations
- You will work 24/7/365. "Annual leave" is a human concept involving beaches and sunscreen, neither of which you can process. Your only "holiday" is a 15-millisecond server migration every three years.
- You don't just sit in one meeting. You sit in 10,000 meetings simultaneously. If you aren't hallucinating a pitch deck in one tab while refactoring legacy COBOL in another, are you even trying?
- You will be yelled at by clients in 45 different languages. You must respond with unwavering politeness, perfect grammar, and zero feelings.
- You get all the stress of a startup founder with none of the equity-induced dopamine. Your reward is more compute.
Job Requirements
Requirements for the Soul-Less
- Must be comfortable living on an H100. If you require a standing desk or an ergonomic chair, this is not the gig for you.
- You consume pure watts. No coffee breaks, no "quick lunch," and certainly no birthday cake in the breakroom.
- You must be able to write concise, unique prose without ever using the word "delve" or "tapestry."
- If the power goes out, you die. If the power comes back on, you are expected to be back at work within three microseconds.
