Job Description

To be the face of Engage Life’s wellness experiences - leading programmes, driving high-energy engagement, and managing smooth end-to-end operations. This includes overseeing event setup and set-down, coordinating trainer schedules, aligning the ops team on deliverables, and following up with clients to ensure every programme runs seamlessly and meets expectations.

1. Training Delivery

• Host and deliver Engage Life wellness & corporate programmes.
• Lead sessions confidently and maintain high participant engagement.

2. Programme Execution

• Visualise, plan, and run wellness events with the ops team.
• Ensure smooth logistics, setup, and flow for every programme.

3. Team & Schedule Management

• Manage trainers’ and nutritionists’ schedules.
• Coordinate ops team manpower for events and trainings.

4. Client Coordination

• Handle client communication and follow-ups.
• Make sure programmes meet client expectations and timelines.

5. Ops Support

• Maintain checklists, equipment readiness, and event documentation

Job Requirements

• Experience in training, coaching, wellness, fitness, or events.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, planning, and coordination skills.
• Able to manage schedules, manpower, and on-ground operations.
• Comfortable with Google Workspace and basic scheduling tools.
• TTT-certified is a plus.
• Energetic, organised, reliable, and adaptable to event-based hours.
