Job Description
1. Social Media Management
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and posting content across all Engage Life platforms.
- Help monitor comments, DMs, and community engagement.
- Track basic content performance and highlight insights to the team.
2. Creative & Visual Content Creation
- Develop on-brand visuals, artwork, and graphics for daily/weekly content.
- Support creative direction for campaigns, events, and product launches.
3. Poster & Marketing Collateral Design
- Design posters, banners, flyers, and other promotional materials for digital and on-ground use.
- Ensure all materials follow brand guidelines.
4. Video Creation & Editing
- Shoot and edit short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, teaser clips, highlights).
- Create simple motion graphics when needed.
5. Graphic Design & Editing Tools
- Use design tools confidently (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, CapCut, Premiere Pro).
Job Requirements
- Creative, proactive, and willing to experiment with new ideas.
- Familiar with social media trends and content formats.
- Basic understanding of branding, visual communication & storytelling.
- Team player who can work independently with minimal supervision.
