Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations & Event Executive to join our dynamic team. Job description includes:
- Manage event logistics, including venue setup, equipment, transportation, and on-site operations.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of event materials and services.
- Assist in planning, organising, and executing events from start to finish which includes fitness classes, mindfulness sessions, and health workshops.
- Oversee event processes and provide on-site support for participants.
- Prepare post-event reports, analyse feedback, and recommend improvements.
- Must have own transportation. We move around a lot!
