Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Operations Senior Executive to manage client relationships, ensuring a seamless and value-driven experience. You’ll work closely with clients and internal teams to develop and deliver wellness campaigns, events, and initiatives that align with each client’s objectives.

What you'll be doing:

1. Lead the planning and execution of corporate wellness campaigns, events, and programmes that align with clients’ wellness strategies and objectives. 
2. Manage end-to-end project and event operations, including timelines, logistics, vendors, resources, on-site execution, and post-event follow-up. 
3. Work closely with clients to understand their needs and objectives, and develop suitable wellness initiatives, programmes, and engagement activities. 
4. Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, healthcare professionals, and external partners to ensure smooth and effective programme delivery. 
5. Manage client relationships and project communication, ensuring expectations, deliverables, and service standards are consistently met. 
6. Identify opportunities to improve, upsell, and cross-sell wellness programmes and services based on client needs and business opportunities. 
7. Track programme performance and analyse engagement, attendance, and feedback data to identify insights and areas for improvement. 
8. Prepare and present regular reports and updates on programme performance, client accounts, key outcomes, and potential opportunities. 
9. Support and guide the Operations team in event execution, problem-solving, and maintaining a high standard of service delivery. 

🚗 Must have own transportation. We move around a lot!

Job Requirements

• Experience: 2-5 years experience in customer service, client servicing, or account manager position
• Skill: Communication skills, negotiation skills, general project management skills, copywriting skills, etc. 
• Familiarization with tools: Lark, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM tools, Canva, and etc. 
• Qualifications: NA [nice to have Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Hospitality, Customer Service, or any other related field] 
• Work Traits: Punctuality, Resilient, Team Oriented, Data Driven, Results Oriented, etc. 
• Ability to analyse client data and develop action plans to improve client retention.
