Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end delivery of cybersecurity projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
Coordinate with internal teams (Security Engineers, SOC, GRC, IT) and external stakeholders/vendors
Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues
Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards, frameworks, and regulatory requirements
Prepare and present project status reports to management and clients
Manage resource allocation and ensure optimal utilisation
Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and methodologies
Support pre-sales activities including proposal development, costing, and client presentations (if required)
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field
PMP / PRINCE2 certification is preferred
Experience:
Minimum 5–8 years of project management experience, preferably in cybersecurity or IT security
Proven experience managing cybersecurity projects (e.g., SOC implementation, SIEM deployment, vulnerability management, IAM, cloud security, etc.)
Experience working in consulting or managed security services environment is an advantage
