Delivers post-sale services at customer sites, including installation, maintenance and repair of organization and third-party products and services to ensure that all function properly | Ensures customer satisfaction by advising customers on preventive maintenance and configurations that may favorably impact performance |
Has working knowledge and experience in own discipline. Continues to build knowledge of the organization, processes and customers. Performs a range of mainly straightforward assignments. Uses prescribed guidelines or policies to analyze and resolve problems. Receives a moderate level of guidance and direction.
