Social Media Intern
Location: Enso Digital Malaysia
Employment Type: Internship

Enso Digital is growing and we are looking for a driven and curious Social Media Intern to join our Malaysia team. This role is perfect for someone who genuinely enjoys social media, pays attention to trends, and wants real hands on experience managing client accounts across different industries.

You will not just be observing. You will be involved in real client work, collaborating closely with our Australia team, contributing ideas, and learning how strategy turns into results.

What You Will Be Doing

1. Assisting in managing day to day social media accounts for active clients 
2. Writing captions that are aligned with brand voice and campaign goals
3. Supporting content planning across monthly content calendars
4. Researching trends, formats, and platform updates to keep clients relevant
5. Scheduling posts and ensuring content goes live accurately and on time
6. Monitoring engagement and assisting with basic reporting insights
7. Communicating with the internal team to ensure client updates are reflected in content
    

What We Are Looking For

1. A strong interest in social media, marketing, and digital culture
2. Good writing skills in English with attention to detail
3. Organised, responsible, and able to manage timelines
4. Comfortable working in a collaborative environment across teams in Malaysia and Australia
5. Willingness to learn, take feedback, and improve quickly
6. Basic familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn

Job Requirements

1. Must have your own laptop suitable for content creation, scheduling tools, and daily communication
2. Must have reliable transport to travel to the office when required
3. Able to commit to a hybrid working arrangement in Malaysia, with a mix of remote and in office days
4. Available for a minimum internship period of 3 months
5. Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Comm, Business or a related field
6. Strong written and spoken English
7. Comfortable working in a fast paced agency environment with multiple clients
8. Able to manage time well and meet deadlines consistently
9. Open to feedback and willing to continuously improve
