Job Description

• Cross check of weekly / Monthly report, Database restoration and testing as per SLA,Drive replacement with Vendor. 
• Freezing / Unfreezing Failure causing media. 
• Checking License and reporting issues to management 
• backup client removal, trouble shooting, backup 
• Backup Failure Ticket Management for automated ticket logged
•  Backup Servers health monitoring 
• Backup Success tracking for daiy backups.
•  Change logging for backup addition/removal/change. 
• Checking the BCV backup status & storage array health status
•  Raising the case to vendor for any issues
•  Troubleshooting and resolving the BCV failures Configuring the BCV for organic growth allocation requests 

Job Requirements

• Ability to manage multi vendor backup devices in large environment. 
• Solid background in Veritas Net, Backup tape library and Backup.
•  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• High commitment to business and personal integrity and professionalism.
