Enternite — Lead Full-Stack Developer (Mobile + Backend)

Enternite is building a next-generation lifestyle & entertainment platform, merging modern mobile experience design with seamless backend architecture.
We are now expanding our internal tech capability and looking for a Lead Full-Stack Developer who can take ownership of our mobile application and backend systems as we move toward launch.

This role is ideal for someone who loves building high-quality products, improving existing systems, and scaling applications in a fast-moving startup environment.

Job Requirements

🔧 Your Responsibilities

Mobile App Development

• Lead development of the Enternite mobile application.
   
• Build new features and enhance user experience.
   
• Ensure high performance, responsiveness, and app stability.
   

Backend & API Development

• Build and maintain backend services and REST / GraphQL APIs.
   
• Oversee database structure, authentication, and security.
   
• Optimize server logic, queries, and overall app performance.
   

Codebase Enhancement & Maintenance

• Review and improve existing code from previous development.
   
• Refactor, optimize, and implement clean architecture.
   
• Ensure smooth handover into long-term internal development.
   

Problem-Solving & Technical Ownership

• Diagnose and fix issues quickly and accurately.
   
• Provide scalable solutions to prepare for future feature expansion.
   
• Support deployments, testing, and environment stability.
   

Cross-Team Collaboration

• Work with design & product teams to execute UI/UX updates.
   
• Provide technical feedback on new ideas and product decisions.
   
• Help determine feasibility, limitations, and implementation paths.
   

🧠 Requirements

Must-Have

• Strong experience in mobile development
  (Flutter / React Native / native iOS or Android)
   
• Strong backend development experience
  (Node.js, Python, Go, or related)
   
• Solid understanding of:
   
• APIs & integrations
   
• Databases (SQL / NoSQL)
   
• Authentication & user management
   
• Cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure)
   
• Ability to work independently with high ownership
   
• Strong debugging & performance optimization skills
   
• Comfortable improving and maintaining an existing codebase
   
• Good communication + problem-solving ability
  
  
• Working with content, UI elements, and references that come from both English and Mandarin interfaces
  
• Collaborating closely with founders who produce bilingual concepts
   
• Understanding features, product behaviors, and user flows from international (including Chinese-market) app patterns
  
  Language Requirement (Important)
•  Fluent in English & Mandarin

Bonus If

• Experience with real-time, interactive, or event-based apps
   
• Startup or early-stage product experience
   
• Familiarity with deployments, CI/CD, or basic DevOps
