Our Vision

<p>We are looking for a <strong>Social Media Manager</strong> to execute and manage our day-to-day social media operations across multiple platforms.</p>
<p>This role focuses on <strong>content execution, running paid ads, platform management, and performance optimisation</strong>, working closely with the Marketing Growth Lead and founders. The Social Media Manager is responsible for turning strategy into consistent, high-quality output and measurable engagement.</p>
<p>This is a <strong>hands-on execution role</strong> in a fast-moving startup environment.<br><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>
<h3><strong>1. Social Media Execution &amp; Management</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>&nbsp;Manage daily operations across all social media platforms (e.g. Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, etc.)</li>
<li>&nbsp;Create, publish, and manage the content calendar <br> • Run and optimise paid ads on different channels<br> • Ensure consistency in brand tone, visuals, and messaging<br> • Monitor comments, messages, and community interactions</li>

<h3><strong>2. Content Coordination &amp; Production</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>&nbsp;Work with internal teams, designers, and video editors to prepare social media content<br> • Adapt content formats for different platforms and audiences<br> • Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives<br> • Support content repurposing and optimisation for different channels</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>3. Performance Tracking &amp; Optimisation</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>&nbsp;Track key metrics such as reach, engagement, follower growth, and CTR<br> • Analyse post performance and provide regular performance updates<br> • Optimise posting times, formats, and content based on data insights<br> • Support A/B testing of content formats and messaging</li>

<h3><strong>4. Campaign &amp; Launch Support</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>&nbsp;Execute social media campaigns, launches, and promotions<br> • Support growth initiatives driven by the Marketing Growth Lead<br> • Assist in influencer or collaboration coordination if required<br> • Ensure timely execution of campaign-related content</li>
