🐾 What You’ll Do:

• Create engaging, fun, and trend-based content for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
• Plan and execute creative content ideas to promote Malaysia’s 1st insect-based pet food.
• Shoot and edit videos using your phone and simple editing apps (CapCut, InShot, Edits etc.).
• Capture footage at events and pet-related activities.
• Manage social media DMs, WhatsApp follow-ups, and event leads.
• Assist the team with marketing campaigns, collaborations, and product promotions.
   

🧠 What We’re Looking For:

• Passionate about content creation, pets, and sustainability.
• Creative and always up to date with TikTok / IG trends.
• Comfortable being behind (and sometimes in front of) the camera!
• Basic knowledge of video editing using mobile apps.
• Good communication and organization skills.
• Able to work independently, take initiative, and handle fast-moving projects.

Job Requirements

🎥 Hard Skills

• Content creation for social media (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)
• Video shooting & editing using mobile apps (e.g. CapCut, InShot, VN, Canva Video)
• Basic graphic design (Canva or equivalent)
• Social media management – scheduling posts, responding to DMs/comments
• Copywriting for captions, ads, and short-form content
• Basic analytics understanding (insights, reach, engagement)
• Photography & videography for events and product shoots
• Event coverage & coordination (taking videos, managing content flow)
• Basic marketing knowledge – brand awareness, audience engagement
• Language - must be fluent in Malay, bonus points if you're fluent in English &/or Mandarin

• Creative and trend-savvy – knows what’s viral or engaging on social media
• Good communication – can reply professionally yet personably on social media and WhatsApp
• Proactive & resourceful – takes initiative and finds creative solutions

🎓 Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree student in Marketing, Mass Communication, Multimedia, Design, or related fields
• If you're not from these related fields but have strong skillsets and passion in these fields, feel free to apply too!
• Final-year student or recent graduate preferred (internship or fresh grad level)
• Experience with content creation (personal or brand-based) — show us your portfolio, TikTok, or IG page!
• Passion for pets, sustainability, or eco-friendly lifestyle is a plus
• Able to commit at least 3–6 months
• Based in Klang Valley and able to attend on-ground events occasionally
• Own transport + driving license preferred
