Job Description

Admin & Logistic Assistant

Work closely with various departments and give support in terms of inventory information, logistics support, order status, etc.

  • Manage and familiarise our Warehouse Management and ERP system to provide information to managers on inventory level, etc.
  • Support the retail team and communicate with them for stock allocation and any stock related matters for stores across Malaysia.
  • Ensure inventory are accurately synced across our ecommerce and marketplace platforms.
  • Arrange and coordinate stock requests from various departments for movement to stores, offices, and other locations. Assist CS team on customer order issues by liaising with warehouse and 3rd party logistics partners.
  • Occasionally take on other ad hoc tasks as assigned by the manager.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years’ proven experience in the retail industry.
  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Business / E-commerce / related field.
  • Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members and interacting with customers and vendors.
  • Fast learner, well organised, positive minded and possesses good problem solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office tools (E.g. Excel)
