Job Description

Customer Service cum Admin Assistant

Work closely with various departments and give support in terms of inventory information, logistics support, order status, etc.

  • Manage and familiarise in our Warehouse Management System and ERP system to efficiently advise on customer order status, provide information to managers on inventory level, etc.
  • Work closely with the retail team and communicate with them for stock allocation and any stock related matters for stores across Malaysia.
  • Ensure inventory are accurately synced across our ecommerce and marketplace platforms.
  • Arrange and coordinate stock requests from various departments for movement to stores, offices, and other locations.Handling customer order issues by liaising with customers, warehouse and 3rd party logistics partners.
  • To handle and address online customers’ queries on exchange or order cancellation by liaising with customers and warehouse
  • To manage warehouse and 3rd party logistics partner to address customer queries on order status to ensure items are being delivered to the customer
  • To be able to resolve customers unusual order issues by discussing with the branding team to come up with various solutions
  • Occasionally take on other ad hoc tasks as assigned by the manager.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years’ experience in the retail industry.
  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Business / E-commerce / related field.
  • Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members and interacting with customers and vendors.
  • Fast learner, well organised, positive minded and possesses good problem solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office tools
