Junior Creative Designer (AI & Digital Marketing)

We are not looking for a traditional designer. We are looking for someone who thinks in prompts. Do you find yourself playing around with Midjourney, Figmaweave, Gemini, or ChatGPT to see what cool visuals you can make? If yes, we want you!

We are looking for a Junior Creative Designer with a strong visual flair to join our marketing team. In this role, You will be the AI creative engine behind two brands Melissa (fashion footwear) and Manuka Bee (premium lip balm), creating content for Malaysia and Singapore audiences across TikTok, Instagram and XiaoHongShu.

AI is not a bonus in this role. It is how we work.

What You Will Do

• Multi-Brand Content Creation: Generate social media visuals and short-form videos using AI tools (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Kling, Higgsfield, Runway, and whatever's new) across both Malaysia and Singapore.
• Master Regional Platforms: Create hyper-engaging content optimized for localized platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, Threads, and XiaoHongShu (小红书).
• Play with AI Tools: Use generative AI tools (like Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Figmaweave, Higgsfield, Gemini, CapCut AI, etc.) to bring creative concepts to life in record time. Use CapCut and Canva to polish and finalise content for publishing
• Make Creation Simple: Help us build templates, prompt libraries, and step-by-step workflows so our marketing teams across both countries can easily adapt or localize assets without starting from scratch every time.
• Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep an eye on cross-border viral trends, internet culture, and new creative AI tools that can give our brands a competitive edge.

Job Requirements

What We Are Looking For

• A Great Portfolio: Show us your creative flair! We want to see your eye for color, layout, video editing, or storytelling (can include university projects, freelance work, or personal TikTok/XHS/Instagram creations).
• An AI Enthusiast: You are already using—or are eager to learn—AI tools for photo and video creation. You see AI as a superpower that helps you scale your output, not a threat.
• An Organized Mind: Because you'll be managing assets for multiple brands, you need to love finding the fastest, neatest way to organize files and set up repeatable workflows.
• Strong aesthetic eye: you know what looks good and what stops a scroll
• Comfortable with CapCut and Canva for finishing work
• Fresh Grads Welcome: Open to fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of experience in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Advertising, or Mass Communication.
