What you will be doing:
<ul>
<li>Develop and execute offline and online marketing plans to build and increase awareness of brands, acquire new customers and retain existing ones through holistic marketing campaigns and activities for all retail touch points across Singapore and Malaysia.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Own end-to-end monthly campaign coordination and execution like preparing monthly communications plan, scheduling/ uploading postings and liaising with internal stakeholders like stylists, graphic designers and other departments.</li>
<li>Social media management, including planning, execution, scheduling, pulling reports and presenting monthly analysis to provide actionable insights to drive decision making.</li>
<li>Content ideation and creation for offline, web and social media content; including planning, content writing and execution (which may consist of photoshoot and short form video content) to build brand awareness, pique interests and drive conversions.</li>
<li>Maintain and manage marketing team’s internal library of assets such as photos, videos, content, reports and data.</li>
<li>Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders such as retailers and strategic partners to push the boundaries in creating new, exciting consumer and brand experiences that seamlessly blend the in-store and online worlds into one unique and memorable experience.</li>
<li>Assist with/ execute PR and influencer marketing-related tasks such as liaising and maintaining relationships with various stakeholders such as media, influencers and KOL; to build brand ambassadors and community.</li>
<li>Partnership marketing management and execution to constantly seek out and maintain strategic partnership and marketing opportunities with malls, partners and vendors</li>
<li>Other ad-hoc tasks as required.</li>
</ul>
