We are looking for a self-motivated and driven individual who is seeking to develop him/herself holistically in the area of marketing and brand management. He/she is passionate about making a positive difference and excited to see through end-to-end effective brand marketing activities to build our community of fans, through digitisation in the exciting and ever-changing world of retail.

What you’re expected to do:

<li>Strategic Marketing: Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies, including both online and offline activities, to enhance brand awareness, attract new customers, and retain loyal ones.</li>
<li>Public Relations &amp; Community Building: Identify, connect with, and nurture relationships with media partners, influencers, and key opinion leaders to establish a strong community of brand ambassadors.</li>
<li>Event Planning: Design and execute engaging brand-building events, including special collection launches and shopping activations, to promote the brand and drive sales.</li>
<li>Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including retailers and strategic partners, to create innovative and memorable brand experiences that blend in-store and online interactions.</li>
<li>Partnership Marketing: Manage and explore strategic partnership opportunities with malls, vendors, and partners to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.</li>
<li>CRM Strategy: Develop and implement end-to-end CRM strategies, including email marketing campaigns, to retain and engage loyal customers.</li>
<li>Campaign Management: Oversee the planning and execution of monthly marketing campaigns, including influencer collaborations, social media content scheduling, and coordination with internal teams for asset creation.</li>
<li>Social Media Management: Oversee the management of social media pages, including scheduling content, responding to customer inquiries, and engaging with fans to build a vibrant online community.</li>
<li>Performance Analysis: Regularly evaluate effectiveness of marketing campaigns and efforts monthly, using a variety of analytic tools, to develop a report and consolidate actionable insights that help drive decision-making.</li>
<li>Ad-hoc Tasks: Undertake additional responsibilities as required to support the marketing team and broader company goals.</li>
