Enviably Me, the official distributor and retailer of Melissa, the iconic Brazilian brand and pioneer of jelly shoes in Malaysia and Singapore is expanding its brand portfolio and distribution channels. We are looking for a self-starting, dynamic and customer oriented, Retail Supervisor to join US!

The Retail Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, supervising staff, and maintaining store standards. The role requires strong leadership, operational excellence, and the ability to motivate a team to deliver business objectives.

Duties & responsibilities:

• Lead team in achieving business goals given by the management.
• Provide sincere customer service to our valued clients.
• Advise and introduce clients on suited shoe styles.
• Assisting clients on their enquiries and concerns. (Including aftersales issues)
• Performing operational duties related to stock and sales. (Entering of transactions into systems, conducting regular stock counts)
• Lead in store operations including housekeeping and stock management. (Maintaining store cleanliness and stocks are well organized)
• Plan and manage the rostering and manpower needs of the operations
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, health & safety, and security procedures.
• Handle cashier operations, daily sales reconciliation, and store reporting.
• Support the Retail Manager in achieving operational and financial objectives.
• Coach & mentor team

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

• Minimum SPM/STPM, Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Retail Management, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage.
• Minimum 2–3 years of retail experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage for customer-facing roles.
• Customer-focused with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of POS systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
