<li>Develop and execute product strategies, sales programs, pricing and positioning plans to drive product growth and profitability.</li>
<li>Manage the full product lifecycle from product introduction to maturity and phase-out, with appropriate marketing and sales strategies.</li>
<li>Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, competitors and emerging opportunities.</li>
<li>Develop and maintain product roadmaps based on customer needs, market opportunities and business priorities.</li>
<li>Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Application Engineering, Service and other internal teams to support product launches and business growth.</li>
<li>Manage relationships with principals and business partners, including market updates, customer feedback and joint business strategies.</li>
<li>Monitor sales performance, market share, profitability and other KPIs, using data-driven insights to identify improvement opportunities.</li>
<li>Support customer engagement through product presentations, demonstrations, workshops and technical/commercial discussions.</li>
<li>Provide product and technical support to the sales team and ensure effective execution of agreed sales and marketing initiatives.</li>
<li>Take full ownership of assigned product portfolios and proactively drive business development, customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.</li>
