Job Description

  • Handle daily accounting tasks (data entry, invoicing, filing) 
  • Prepare and maintain accounting records and reports 
  • Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable 
  • Perform bank reconciliation and ensure accuracy of records 
  • Support month-end closing and basic financial reporting 
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing system 
  • Assist in administrative tasks when required

Job Requirements

  • Minimum SPM / Diploma in Accounting, Finance or related field 
  • At least 2 years of working experience in accounting or related role 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word & SQL Accounting software 
  • Basic communication and understanding in Malay & English 
  • Detail-oriented, responsible and well-organized 
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision 
  • Good time management and ability to meet deadlines
