About the Role

Have a passion for interior design and enjoy working with people? Enviz Interior & Renovation Sdn Bhd is looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Designer to help clients bring their dream spaces to life.

In this role, you will work closely with clients to understand their renovation needs, recommend suitable design solutions and guide them through the sales process, from the initial consultation to closing the deal. If you enjoy combining creativity, relationship building and sales, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with potential clients to understand their renovation requirements, design preferences, budget and expectations.
• Recommend suitable interior design concepts, renovation solutions, materials and finishes based on clients’ needs.
• Prepare and present quotations, proposals and design concepts to clients.
• Follow up on enquiries and quotations, negotiate with clients and convert potential leads into confirmed renovation projects.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Coordinate with the design and project teams to ensure clients’ requirements are clearly communicated and properly understood.
• Keep clients informed of relevant project updates and assist in addressing their concerns throughout the process.
• Maintain an updated sales pipeline and follow up consistently on outstanding opportunities.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the company’s business growth.

Job Requirements

• Experience in sales, interior design, renovation or a related industry is an advantage.
• A diploma or qualification in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Sales or a related field is preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of customer needs, with the ability to recommend suitable solutions within clients’ budgets.
• Confident in following up with prospects, handling objections and closing sales.
• Creative mindset with an interest in interior design, space planning and renovation trends.
• Self-motivated, proactive and target-driven, with a positive attitude towards learning.
• Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Familiarity with design software such as AutoCAD or SketchUp is an added advantage, where relevant to the role.
