Job Description

 We are looking for an experienced and responsible Senior Project Supervisor to oversee renovation and interior design projects from planning to completion.

This role also provides commission incentives based on project performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise renovation and interior fit-out works on-site

- Coordinate with contractors, designers, and suppliers

- Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed according to schedule

- Ensure quality of workmanship and site safety standards

- Prepare and update project Gantt charts and report project progress to clients at least twice per week

- Accompany clients to purchase electrical appliances, lighting, and related materials when required

- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve site issues

- Ensure projects are completed according to design drawings and specifications

Job Requirements

Requirements

- Minimum 3–5 years experience in renovation, construction, or site supervision

- Strong knowledge of renovation works such as carpentry, electrical works, and interior fit-out

- Able to read and understand construction drawings

- Responsible, disciplined, and strong problem-solving skills

- Must possess own transportation and be willing to travel to project sites

- Able to communicate in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia

- Mandarin-speaking candidates are encouraged to apply as the role requires communication with Mandarin-speaking clients and suppliers
