Job Overview:

Requirements
- Minimum SPM, Diploma, or relevant certification in any field.
- Able to read, speak, and write in ENGLISH, MANDARIN/CANTONESE.
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service* (call centre experience will be an added advantage).
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to tailor solutions to meet customer needs.
- Computer literate and comfortable working with booking systems and CRM tools.
